2. Scope These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on petzii.store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

3. Products All products available on petzii.store are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to the nature of our supply chain. Petzii reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing All prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated at checkout. Petzii reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but orders are billed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Ordering By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Petzii reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

6. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

7. Delivery Orders are fulfilled via third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Petzii is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, or customs authorities.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at fshania08@gmail.com within the 14-day period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

9. Returns & Refunds Our full return and refund policy is available at: petzii.store/policies/refund-policy. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.

10. Warranties & Liability Petzii acts as a reseller and does not manufacture the products sold. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petzii's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Disputes In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at fshania08@gmail.com. If no resolution is reached, disputes are subject to French law and the jurisdiction of French courts. EU customers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

12. Governing Law These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
