Return and Refund Policy

At Petzii, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be unused and unworn
- Include original packaging and tags (if applicable)
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Please do not send any items back before receiving approval from our customer support team. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, or legal reasons, including:
- Opened or used pet hygiene products
- Consumable products
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products that cannot be resold due to health or safety regulations
Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for returns.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
For customers located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order or return your items within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without needing to provide a reason.
Cancellations: If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can cancel it directly from your account by going to your Orders page. If your order has already been fulfilled, please use the return process below.
Returns: To exercise your right of withdrawal, initiate your return directly from your Orders page in your Petzii account. You can also contact us at fshania08@gmail.com if you need assistance.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, and with its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
This right does not apply to products that are excluded under applicable consumer protection laws, including opened or used pet hygiene products, consumable products, and personalized or custom-made items.
